OUR PORTFOLIO

Carefully Selected.
Purposefully Different.

T3 Regenerative works with a select portfolio of products and manufacturers chosen for quality, consistency, clinical relevance and responsible positioning.

We do not represent everything. We focus on solutions we believe are worth representing.

T3 works with carefully selected perinatal tissue solutions chosen for quality, consistency and responsible clinical integration.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Not All Tissue Products Are Created Equal

Products that may appear similar on the surface can differ significantly in how tissue is sourced, processed, preserved, tested and documented. T3 evaluates the details behind the product—not simply the label on the vial.

Source & Recovery

Tissue quality begins at recovery. We look closely at donor screening, recovery protocols and the time and conditions under which tissue reaches the processing facility.

Processing & Preservation

Processing and preservation methods matter. We evaluate how manufacturers handle tissue and the steps taken to preserve the characteristics of the source material.

Testing & Documentation

Independent testing, meaningful Certificates of Analysis and transparent documentation provide practices with information they can evaluate—not simply claims they are asked to trust.

Manufacturing Standards

We favor manufacturers that demonstrate rigorous quality systems, regulatory awareness and consistent manufacturing practices.

SELECTED TISSUE SOLUTIONS

Different Clinical Needs.
Different Approaches.

T3 works with a focused range of perinatal tissue solutions selected to address different clinical and practice needs. Rather than treating tissue products as interchangeable, we look at the characteristics of each product, how it is processed and preserved, and where it may fit within a practice’s regenerative medicine strategy.

Cryopreserved Wharton’s Jelly

Selected when preservation of the native tissue matrix and its structural characteristics is a priority

Non-Cryopreserved Wharton’s Jelly

An alternative tissue approach designed around practical storage, handling and integration into the clinical setting.

Extracellular Vesicle Products

Cell-free biologic preparations evaluated for quality, characterization, manufacturing standards and supporting documentation..

VISCO-SUPPLEMENTATION

Hyaluronic acid remains an important option for patients with knee osteoarthritis, but not every practice—or every patient—needs the same treatment approach.

T3 offers a focused selection of viscosupplementation options designed to give practices flexibility in treatment regimen, product characteristics and patient needs.

More Than One Way to Treat Osteoarthritis

01 — FLEXIBLE TREATMENT SERIES

GenVisc 850

Biofermented hyaluronic acid offering flexibility across treatment regimens, allowing physicians to tailor the injection series to individual patient and practice needs.

02— THREE INJECTION SERIES

TriVisc

Biofermented hyaluronic acid offered as a defined three-injection series for physicians and practices that prefer a consistent treatment regimen.

03— SINGLE INJECTION

Gel-One

Cross-linked hyaluronic acid offering the convenience of a single-injection treatment regimen, with broad commercial coverage that can make it an attractive option for both patients and practices.

MORE IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER

The Concentration Question

PRP is often discussed in terms of platelet concentration, with increasingly higher numbers positioned as inherently better. But concentration is only one part of the equation. Platelet integrity, preparation technique, patient variability and the biologic environment all influence the final product.

T3 favors a more practical question: not simply how many platelets can we concentrate?—but how can we prepare PRP efficiently, consistently and with as little unnecessary manipulation as possible?

PLATELET-RICH PLASMA

PRP has increasingly become focused on platelet concentration and bigger numbers. T3 takes a different approach—prioritizing efficient processing, reproducibility and a system that integrates easily into clinical practice.

Not every advance in PRP requires more complexity.

A Practical Approach to PRP

Designed for the Realities of Clinical Practice

RELIEF PRP

Relief PRP was selected for a simple reason: it makes PRP easier to integrate into everyday clinical practice. The system emphasizes efficient processing, reproducible preparation and a straightforward workflow—without chasing increasingly complex concentration claims.

FAST
Efficient processing designed to fit comfortably into the clinical workflow.

CONSISTENT
A standardized approach designed to reduce variability from preparation to preparation.

PRACTICAL
Straightforward processing without unnecessary complexity or multiple-spin protocols.

PEPTIDES

An Emerging Category.
A Disciplined Approach

HOW T3 APPROACHES PEPTIDES

T3 evaluates peptide strategies through the same lens applied across our portfolio: scientific rationale, product quality, responsible sourcing and appropriate clinical integration.

SCIENCE
Understanding the biological rationale and available evidence associated with each peptide.

QUALITY
Evaluating sourcing, formulation, testing and manufacturing standards.

CLINICAL FIT
Considering where emerging peptide strategies may—or may not—fit within a practice’s clinical model.

FINDING THE RIGHT FIT

The Right Solution Starts
With the Right Conversation

Every practice is different. T3 helps physicians evaluate tissue options in the context of their clinical goals, workflow and patient population—without assuming that one product or approach is right for every situation.
